Suggestions for traditional dishes for the island of Paros, that I personally tried and enjoyed:
Fava garnished with Capers and Onions – ingredients are beans, capers and onion.
Dolmadakia – greek stuffed grape Leaves with rice and herbs. Bere in mind that they could be made both with or without meat.
Paros cheese pie with honey – pie with greek cheese and homemade honey.
Dakos Salad – salad with tomatoes, cheese, capers, oil virgin and bread.
Papoutsakia – greek baked stuffed eggplants with cgeese, meal, onion and herbs.
Chickpeas with daphne leaves
Octopus fried or grilled
Fried Squid or filled squids
Greek Moussaka – moussaka is an eggplant- or potato-based dish, often including ground meat.
Loukoumades with honey – greek donuts with homemade honey.
Galaktoboureko – is a Greek dessert of semolina custard in filo. The name means milk börek. It could be made in a pan, with filo layers on top and bottom and cut into square portions, or rolled into individual servings.
